Please bring along your completed Personal Medical History questionnaire to your first visit. This will then be filed away after being reviewed and this will greatly speed up the process. At your first visit a sample of blood will be taken for the following tests:
- PSA Prostate Specific Antigen to rule out early prostate cancer
- Blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Depending then on the result of these and on your score on the self assessment sheet you will be supplied with Testosterone Replacement or other appropriate medicine and be given an appointment for a six month follow up visit.
FEES PAYABLE ON DAY OF VISIT :
We accept Visa & Mastercard
First visit including complete assessment
and all blood tests --- €150.00.
All subsequent visits --- €75.00.
In addition to these if you opt to have any medicine supplied by the clinic there will be an additional dispensing fee.
